How to perform

  1. Set the cable to high pulley and attach a straight bar or rope
  2. Stand tall, feet hip-width, core braced, slight bend in knees
  3. Grip shoulder-width; pull elbows to your sides and keep them pinned
  4. Start with forearms up, wrists straight, shoulders down and back
  5. Push the handle straight down by extending your elbows
  6. Finish with arms straight, squeeze triceps; don’t lock painfully
  7. Control the return up to about 90 degrees; exhale down, inhale up
