How to perform
- Set the cable to high pulley and attach a straight bar or rope
- Stand tall, feet hip-width, core braced, slight bend in knees
- Grip shoulder-width; pull elbows to your sides and keep them pinned
- Start with forearms up, wrists straight, shoulders down and back
- Push the handle straight down by extending your elbows
- Finish with arms straight, squeeze triceps; don’t lock painfully
- Control the return up to about 90 degrees; exhale down, inhale up
